Tradeit is a technology platform that provides software tools for accessing market information, portfolio tracking, and integrations with third-party brokers and service providers.

Tradeit acts solely as a technology provider. We do not provide investment advice, and nothing on our platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use financial services in your jurisdiction to use Tradeit.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws, including regulations governing trading on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and related markets.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these terms, or pose a security risk.

Trading execution, custody, settlement, and regulatory compliance may be provided by independent third-party brokers and partners. Your relationship with those providers may be governed by separate agreements.

Tradeit does not guarantee market availability, order execution, pricing accuracy, or uninterrupted access to third-party services.

You agree not to:

• Use Tradeit for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Interfere with platform security, performance, or integrity
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse proprietary content or data
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

All content, branding, software, and materials on Tradeit are owned by Intelik or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform except as expressly permitted.

Tradeit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Trading involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Seek independent financial advice before making investment decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelik and Tradeit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Tradeit after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
